Tipping is not mandatory at the Lifestyle Holidays Resort.  However, the staff works extremely hard to make your vacation an enjoyable experience so you have the option to tip if you choose and is very appreciated by the staff.  You may consider, bringing small bills for tipping.  Things you may choose to tip for:  shuttle service, concierge service, food and beverage service, maid service at the end of week, and your breakfast chef (if in villa) at end of week.

16.  Can I stay on the resort after 3PM if I have a late flight?

Absolutely NOT!  You are free to arrive and depart on any day of the week.  This way you can make your airfare more affordable since certain days of the week are cheaper to fly.  This also allows you to make the schedule that is best for you, whether it is a few days or a few weeks.

Presently National and Alamo Car Rentals are available at the resort.  They are both independent companies and therefore you must call them directly for reservations.  Rentals can be picked up and dropped off right at the resort, but be aware that driving in a foreign country will be different than what you are used to.

Yes.  All of our guests will receive ONE admission ticket to Ocean World valued at $65 each.


Ocean World is very close to the resort.  A complimentary shuttle is available from the Tropical Lobby with your admission ticket.  If you are interested in going to Ocean World please check with your Lobby Desk or VIP representative upon arrival. 

There is no dress code for breakfast, lunch or buffet dinners.  Since you will have VIP status during your stay, you will have access to the VIP restaurants.  Several of these restaurants do require males to wear long pants and females can wear anything but casual shorts.  The dress code is strongly enforced.  When you make your reservations, please confirm if there is a dress code.

Yes, we will take care of all of the reservations for the accommodations.  We DO NOT book the flights..only the accommodations.  

Early Check-In time is 11 AM with an extra cost of US $15/person.  If you would like to check in before 11 AM there is an additional cost of US $25/person.  Children 3-12 years half off the rate per child.​

Yes.  All water supplied by the resort is safe to drink including Ice Cubes.  Water directly from the faucet is NOT safe to drink.  All suites and villas are supplied with bottled water.

Villas are high in demand therefore they book up very fast.  It is advised to book at least 3 months in advance and for holidays up to a year in advance.  We can always check on availabilities as they are always changing.

Yes, but there are additional fees.  If you would like to stay on the resort after 3 PM, you must first check out from your accommodation by 3 PM.  The final checkout time is no later than 6 PM. 

The rate is US $10/hour/person.

You get privileged use of all restaurants, bars and facilities at the Resort.  All meals which include breakfast, lunch, dinner and light fare snacks in any of the open restaurants on property are available.  Some restaurants require advance reservation with guest services.  Dinner reservations are made through the reception desk where you are staying.  International buffet restaurants do not require a reservation. Daytime and late afternoon snacks are located throughout the property.  A personal cook for breakfast is provided if you stay in a villa.  All beverages are included in your all-inclusive.  This includes beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, juices and cocktails.  There are numerous VIP exclusive restaurants and bars located at the resort.

Yes.  There are many different excursions to choose from and are available at an additional charge such as dune buggies, a trip on a catamaran, snorkeling, horseback riding on the beach, scuba diving or zip lining to name a few. There are many things for all types of adventure seekers or people looking to try something new.  The arrangements can be made at the V.I.P. excursion desks available around the resort.

There are some on premise activities that are an extra charge, like Banana Boats and the Extreme Sports activities (bowling, putt-putt, rock climbing, paintball, etc.).

Yes.  WiFi Internet access is available across the resort.  It is available in all of the VIP Beaches, the VIP Pool, and the Tropical Lobby.  There are computers available in the Tropical Lobby that V.I.P. guests can use for free.  There is also Free High Speed wireless available in VIP World and VIP Sports Bar.


You can also purchase wireless Internet Service at the Gift Shop, located by Casablanca.


Internet Service is included when booking a Villa or the Presidential Suites.

Once you fill out the reservation request form, we will need to confirm the availability for your requested dates with the resort.  DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHT UNTIL AFTER WE GET BACK WITH YOU TO CONFIRM THAT YOUR VACATION IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR REQUESTED DATES.  Once we have a confirmed booking from the resort, than you may proceed with booking your flight.

Yes.  There is a special activity area specific for small children, where they can do arts and crafts, play ping pong, dance, swim and have many activities sponsored by the staff on the resort.  There is child care located at the resort for a fee.

Dinner reservations are made through Reception in the area in which you are staying. When you are staying in the Villas, you will make all of your dinner reservations through your VIP representative assigned to you at check-in time. We strongly recommend that you book your dinner reservations as soon as possible upon arrival. Please note: We are unable to arrange and make reservations for you prior to your arrival. We are unable to guarantee that you will get into each restaurant you want. Reservations are based on availability at the time of your stay.

If you are staying in Puerto Plata, your transportation from the Puerto Plata International Airport will be provided free of charge when you book through us.  Different airlines fly into different cities.  Depending on what airline you choose to fly will determine what airport you fly into and we will let you know what shuttle transportation is available and if there is a charge.  A shuttle van will be awaiting for your arrival at the airport.  Once you have picked up your luggage from baggage claim, exit the baggage claim area and look for someone holding a sign with your last name on it.  You will be taken directly to the resort. Let the driver know to take you to the VIP check-in desk.


It is important to let us know at least 30 days in advance your flight schedule so the transportation can be scheduled appropriately.  If your itinerary is given any later your transportation cannot be guaranteed.

There is a shuttle service available at the resort.  If you need transportation to somewhere at the resort that is not walking distance from your accommodations, you can call the shuttle and they will arrive at your door within 15 minutes.  If you stay in a villa, you are guaranteed a golf cart.  You must have a valid drivers license to sign for and drive the golf carts.

No.  You will pay your rental fees for the accommodations, all inclusive fee and an entry fee of US $10 each at the airport.  There are no additional service fees or taxes added to the rates.  The disco on premises is a cash bar.

Your transportation from the airport will take you to the VIP reception area.  This is where you will check in to the resort.  After you check in, the concierge will then take you to your room or villa.  They will offer you a tour of the facility as well as go over the details of how to get around.  They will provide you with a phone number to guest services if you have any questions or concerns during your stay.

No.  It is the guest responsibility to contact the transportation department no later than two days before departing. If this is not done in time your complimentary transportation will not be guaranteed.
